Initial Comments:
An off-site, state licensure follow-up survey conducted on November 9 and November 14, 2022 found that Aveanna Healthcare had corrected the deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, and Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of a state re-licensure survey completed on September 16, 2022.
